Delivering self-management support (SMS) often requires us to learn new skills, work with others to do things differently and introduce into our teams new people who offer a different set of skills and experiences.

In this section you can find a range of training modules as well as some examples of workforce development initiatives relevant to providing self-management support in primary care.
